Full Festival Pass – includes access to all special events and workshops, but does not include Friday intensives, festival t-shirt, or CE certificate.

Please note: if you sign up for the festival in person on the day of the event there will be a $50.00 processing fee.
Registration Policies
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be sent in writing to the Iowa City Yoga Festival c/o James Miller via MAIL to: 1719 Grand Ave #334, Des Moines, IA 50309 or E-MAIL to info@iowacityyogafestival.com. A refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee will be made for all cancellations made by September 1, 2012. All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the close of the conference. No refund of any kind will be given after September 1, 2012.
TEACHER CANCELLATION POLICY AND DISCLAIMER
The Iowa City Yoga Festival reserves the right to substitute or cancel presenters/teachers as necessary and this is at the discretion of the Iowa City Yoga Festival team. In the event that a teacher/presenter cancels or is canceled, a second choice selection will be designated for that time period. No refunds will be given due to teacher cancellations.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that I am registering for instruction in an activity which may involve physical, emotional, and/or psychological activity and that in case of such an undertaking there is always a risk involved. I understand that in a group setting the instructor cannot always monitor my physical, emotional, and psychological limits, and that I am therefore responsible for assessing the risk any activity poses to me, and choosing a safe course of action for myself. I agree to assume the risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered by me arising out of my participation in this festival.
PHOTO WAIVER
I understand that while I am attending the Iowa City Yoga Festival there may be photographs taken of participants. These photographs may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in brochures, websites and newsletters. By attending this festival I agree that the Iowa City Yoga Festival may take photographs that include my image and that such photographs may be used for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without compensation to me of any kind.
