What is the best way to register?

What classes offer Yoga Alliance CEC’s?
ALL of the classes are approved to offer Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits. For each hour of class you complete – you earn 1 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit. You may order a CEC certificate when you register and you will receive a certificate with the number of hours you earned so you can submit to Yoga Alliance.
Can I get a one day pass?
Yes, you can purchase a one day pass for either Saturday or Sunday and attend special events and workshops for that day only.

How do I make a reservation?
To make reservations with the ICYF group rate:

Please make your reservations early to insure that you receive the special discounted rate.
This rate includes free parking in the hotel ramp and extended check-out time on Sunday, October 13th until 1:30 p.m.
Do I need to bring my confirmation email with me to the conference?
No. The confirmation email is for your own records. You will receive a print out of your class list when you check in to the registration desk at the conference.
I never received a confirmation email. Am I registered?
Sometimes the email confirmations are caught by your computer’s spam blocker. Please check your spam folder. If the confirmation is not in there, email info@iowacityyogafestival.com to request the confirmation email to be resent to you.
What is included in the festival pass?
ALL special events are included with your conference registration. This includes all workshops, keynotes, concerts, demonstrations and other events.
What is not included in the festival pass?
Friday intensives, CEC Certificate and T-shirt are not included in the pass. You can purchase these optional items when you register.
Where can I park?
For hotel guests overnight parking is included in the price of your room. For all other festival attendees, there is a parking ramp adjacent to the hotel and the fee is $8 per day.
What do I need to bring to the classes?
All classes are experiential. In each workshop you will experience a unique combination of theory, practice and meditation. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, towel and any props that you would normally use to enhance your practice. If you need to purchase these items, they will be available in our Marketplace. You may also choose to bring a notepad and pen for taking notes. Please wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move freely.
